we have lot of other things to do and we have to wait for hours?
And how important to us is the customer personnel?
With the smile? Or without it?
On the basis of your comments we are going to chose the bank,
which is going to receive the Grand Prix of the month as the
best one among the others.
We are not going to forget also the "bad guys" since each one
of us is very sensitive to their behavior while serving our needs.
They are going to be rewarded with Grand Prix also but from
